Perspective Taking

Art Direction + Illustration + Storyboard

The objective was to create a short, engaging introduction video to the perspective-taking workshop at a local conference. As an art director and lead designer, I brought my creative director’s initial storyboards into colorful scenes. I oversaw the overall art direction and executed the design. I worked with our animators to bring static scenes to life.

Storyboards

The first step I took for this project was to take my Art directors storyline and create storyboards to visually map out the rough composition and colors before creating the final graphics.

Illustrations

Once the colors and compositions were approved I created the final illustrations using photoshop + procreate then handed them off to the animation team.

Presentation Deck

In addition to creating graphics for the animated video, I also designed a slide deck presentation to further explain the importance of perspective taking for the workshop.
